- Macaroni (pasta) – 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese or mozzarella – 1 cup, grated
- Milk – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp

- Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Step 1: Boil the macaroni
- First, heat water in a large pan and add some salt to it.
- When the water becomes hot, add the macaroni and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the macaroni becomes soft.
- Once boiled, drain the macaroni, rinse it with cold water, and let it cool for a bit.
Step 2: Preparing Cheese Sauce
- Heat butter in a pan, and then add flour and fry it well.
